1. Java Developer – (JRE26920)
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java / J2EE development on large and medium-sized projects.
- Expertise in microservices architecture using Spring Boot and SpringCloud frameworks.
- Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
- Skilled in frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microservices integration, service discovery, API call tracing, fault tolerance.
- Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Kafka Connectors.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms (Preference for GCP experience).
- Familiarity with Tomcat, JBoss, and task management tools like Dubbo, MyBatis, and Saturn Scheduler.
- Knowledge of agile development practices.
- Must have strong communication skills in English.
2. Operation Manager – (JRE30956)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–10 years of experience in courier or e-commerce business operations, preferably in the Operations Department.
- Experience in a management role with proven leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Previous work experience in KSA is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Capability to lead teams and align operations with the business plan.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, route planning tools, and performance reporting systems.
- Sigma certifications will be considered a plus.
