Job Role:
- Compressor Overhauling Technician/Mechanical Technician – Experience in dismantling, overhauling and repairing HVAC semi-hermetic /hermetic compressors and Troubleshooting HVAC equipment/compressors will be an added advantage.
- Electro-Mechanical (EM) Technician – Installation of electro mechanical equipment and theoretical and extensive experience in maintaining equipment. Carry out the allocated preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with specifications, standards and regulations and Installation of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment plus start-up.
- Boiler Technician/Operator – Preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with specifications, standards and regulations. Ensure efficient working of boiler equipment and installation of new equipment or modification to existing equipment plus start-up.
- Multi-Craft Technician – Experience in the relevant field preferably in HVAC maintenance sites in oil and gas plants.
- Plumbing Technician – Knowledge of GRE, PPR, HDP, should be familiar with the installation of sanitary ware & plumbing systems, knowledge of fire fighting equipment, should have knowledge of pressure testing of the piping system. He should have experience in the operation and maintenance of drainage and plumbing and experience in the water distribution system, plumbing and sanitary installations, sump pumps, water storage tanks, meters, gauges and valve chambers, etc. All should have ITI / diploma with a minimum 5 to 8 years experience. Gulf experience must.
- HVAC supervisor – Should have experience in oil & gas facility with experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance HVAC systems/equipment (air-cooled chiller, package units, split & window units, troubleshooting of electronic board, BMS operation & troubleshooting) and experience in planning job using CMMS such as Maximo/SAP.
- SR. HVAC Chiller Technician – Should have experience in oil & gas facility with troubleshooting of various HVAC systems & equipment. Maintenance of various types and makes of chillers, HVAC equipment/system, air conditioning units refrigeration equipment, accessories and their control and preferable with uae valid driving license.
- HVAC Chiller Technician – Experience in oil & gas facility maintenance and repairs of central A/C plants out of which preferably 5 years in the gulf with experience on air-cooled & water-cooled chillers and package/split A/C equipment. and overhauling of reciprocating compressors, capable of reading control diagrams & troubleshooting of the same, PCBs).
- HVAC Control Technician – Should have experience in oil & gas facilities with experience in maintenance and troubleshooting & maintenance of HVAC control panels and other electronic system. Capable of reading control diagrams, PCBs, PLC/DDC programming, and troubleshooting electronic boards. troubleshooting/maintenance of HVAC systems like ahu, FCU, package unit, and chiller.
- Electrical Technician – Experience in oil & gas facility maintenance and repair of electrical panels, VFDs, VSDs, electric motors, MCC and other electrical components associated with the HVAC system. Troubleshooting of control circuit in an industrial setup. Should be able to read the control /electrical drawings & should be able to troubleshoot the same.
- BMS Technician – Should have a minimum of 5 experience in HVAC BMS operation and troubleshooting. • experience in the HVAC control system as well. Oil & gas experience preferred.
