Job Specifications:
- Assessing / approving the subcontractors and providing guidance. Monitoring and controlling subcontractors activities with the aim to meet the committed schedules and HSE Quality targets.
- Co-operate with QA/QC & HSE dept. and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are compiled at every stage of project execution.
- Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions & obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet construction or fabrication targets and budget.
- Meets construction or fabrication standards by contributing construction or fabrication information and identifying construction or shop management system improvements.
- Ensure and execute the construction or fabrication activities move according to predetermined schedule by communicating effectively and coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project.
- Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the assigned construction or fabrication team in respect of Health, Safety and Environment, quality, methods and procedures. Productivity, cost and schedule – Continuous improvement. Resource utilization.
- Responsible for the comprehensive execution of construction or fabrication at site/shop.
- Supervises and directs the work of staff revolves on-site or on-shop technical problems and represents a company in meeting with subcontractor and clients.
- Job which requires full responsibility of the communication between subcontractor and related project construction or fabrication related tasks(planning, ordering, managing of the process, managing construction site, closing) to shortening the construction or fabrication period, profit/quality of the construction or fabrication closing phase.
- Full understanding for the market trend such as manpower rates, construction equipment rates and material rates.
- Understanding of new technologies and automation.
- Understanding of Financial report and workload of subcontractors.
