1. COMMERCIAL HEAD (JRE25250)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with contract management area.
Minimum 9 years working experience in the related field.
Manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department through contractor, including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department.

2. AREA MAINTENANCE HEAD (JRE25249)

BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
Minimum 12 years working experience in the related field. Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of refinery plant in accordance with Company standard.
Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.
Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.

3. QA/QC HEAD (JRE25251)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 Year’s experience as a Quality controller position.
StrongtechnicalunderstandingofQualitycontroland assurance Holding “NACE” Level 2

4. QA/QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (JRE25248)

Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year’s experience in technical field.

5. QA/QC INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (JRE25247)

Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year’s experience in technical field.

6. QA/QC STATIC ENGINEER (JRE25246)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year’s experience in technical field.

7. QA/QC ROTATING ENGINEER (JRE25245)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

9. FABRICATION SUPERVISOR (JRE25230)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience To lead, supervise and coordinate the Fabrication Jobs in W/S for Refineries.

10. INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR (JRE25229)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.

11. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (JRE25226)

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of electrical maintenance activities developed by technicianss on all electrical systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility.

12. SCAFFOLDING & INSULATION SUPERVISOR (JRE25236)

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field with sttrong technical understanding of Scaffolding management of refinery.

13. WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (JRE25241)

Maintenance in machining as well as PSV calibration with
Minimum 10 year’s experience of refinery job.
Must be strong machining as well as PSV calibration job.
Supervises the machine shop and runs it very deficient by utilizing the available manpower to the fullest extent.
Identify on jobcompetencygapsof technician proposetraining interventions.
Support to workshop machine operator in all machining and calibration technician to PSV calibration activities including allocation of required tools and manpower for the job.

14. MECHANICAL ROTATING SUPERVISOR (JRE25223)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Formal safety/hazard recognition training. Supervision training.
Minimum 10 years experience as a supervisor in maintenance of Rotating equipment such as various types of pumps, compressors, Steam & Gas turbines, Gear boxes, conveyors, Fin-Fans, Safety valves & Alignment techniques.
Organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule and to ensure that all activities are carried out safely.

15. STATIC SUPERVISOR (JRE25221)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ experience as supervisor in maintenance of static equipment such as Boilers, Heat exchangers, coolers, Reactors, Columns, Tanks, Vessels, Pipingcomponents, Piping systems and Valves.

16. VALVE TECHNICIAN (JRE25244)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control
Min. 5 years experience as Static Supervisor Valve Technician.

17. CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN (JRE25243)

Diploma In Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience as Calibration Technician.

18. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN II (JRE25228)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control.
Minimum 5 years experience as Instrument Technician II
Carry day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop on al systems plant.

19. INSULATORS (JRE25240)

ITI With minimum 5 years experience as Insulator.
Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems within SATORP Plants.
Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.
Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives.
Select appropriate insulation such as fibreglass, Styrofoam, or cork, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material.
Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.

20. BALANCING MACHINE OPERATOR (JRE25242)

Minimum 5 years experience as Balancing Machine Operator.

21. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN II (JRE25227)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience and training.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as supervisor in maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in an operating refinery or chemical plant.
Must be able to communicate in English.

22. ROTATING TECHNICIAN II (JRE25225)

Diploma In Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technician in maintenance of Rotating equipment such as various types of pumps, compressors, Steam & Gas turbines, Gear boxes, conveyors, Fin-Fans, Safety valves & Alignment techniques.

23. ROTATING TECHNICIAN I (JRE25224)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years’experienceasa Tech nician in maintenance of Rotating equipment such as various types of pumps, compressors, Steam 8t Gas turbines, Gear boxes, conveyors, Fin-Fans, Safety valves & Alignment techniques.

24. STATIC TECHNICIAN (JRE25222)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as technician in maintenance of static equipment such as Boilers, Heat exchangers, coolers, Reactors, Columns, Tanks, Vessels, Piping components, Piping systems and Valves.

25. PDM TECHNICIAN (JRE25220)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Formal safety/hazard recognition training.
Supervision training
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Predictive Maintenance.

26. SCAFFOLDING INSPECTOR (JRE25237)

Diploma Engineering or Technical school or equivalent.
Min. 5 years experience as Scaffolding Inspector in refinery.
Must be strong in any of Mechanical / Civil Engineer background or C.I.T.B. level 3 or equivalent.
Strong technical understanding of Scaffolding management of the refinery.
Provides technical advice on scaffolding works and participate in work requiring higher-level skills.

27. MECHANICAL FOREMAN (JRE25252)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Formal safety / Hazard recognition training.
Supervision training.
Minimum 12 years’ experience as a supervisor or foreman in the maintenance of Rotating equipment such as various types of pumps, compressors, Steam & Gas turbines, Gearboxes, conveyors, Fin-Fans, Safety valves & Alignment techniques

28. SCAFFOLDING & INSULATION FOREMAN (JRE25235)

Diploma Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 year of experience in refinery maintenance.
Must be strong in any of Mechanical / Civil Engineer background.
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with large organizations.

29. SCAFFOLDER HELPERS (JRE25239)

Minimum High School or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of refinery maintenance. Particularly in the Scaffolding field.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of refinery.
To prepare Tools, Equipment and materials before starting work.
Select tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transport items to work site.
Hold and fix steel pipes, planks, braces & clamp during execution of scaffolding activity.
Cleans work areas, machines, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Housekeeping working after completed job.
Must properly understand English language.

30. SCAFFOLDER (JRE25238)

High school level Technical course or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year’s experience of refinery maintenance. Particularly in Scaffolding field.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of refinery.
Must be properly understanding the English language and basic knowledge of mathematics.

31. WELDER I (JRE25232)

Diploma holder in welding technology.
Minimum 12 year’s experience of a refinery maintenance with welding on all kind of material.
Must be strong in welding execution work.

32. WELDER II (JRE25233)

Any certification course in welding technology.
Minimum 8 year’s experience of a refinery maintenance with welding on all kind of material.
