REQUIREMENTS FOR A REPUTED OIL & GAS MAINTENANCE GROUP IN QATAR
INSTRUMENT CONTROL VALVE TECHNICIAN
- The instrument control valve technicians is required to work under instrument workshop.
- The services include servicing, testing and calibration of control valves, various devices and instruments.
- 5-year experience is minimum requirement. Trade Practical test to be passed.
- Diploma in Instrumentation or Mechanical from a recognized iinstitute.
- Minimum 5 years hands on expperience in industries like Oil & gas, Petrochemical / Fertilizer plant etc.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
- The Mechanical Technician is required to work under Mechanical Workshop.
- The services include overhauling of pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, fans, turbine, fluid cuplings, all types of valve etc.
- 5 years experience is minimum requirement.
- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Industrial Training / ITI.
AUTO ELECTRICIAN
- The tool store technicians is requird to work under mechanical workshop.
- The service include srvicing and repairs of all types of hands tool related to mechanical, electrical, hydraaullic and lifting tools in tool store. He should also be able to handle tool store counter for issuing and receiving of tools.
- 5 Years hands on experience, Trade practical test to be passed.
- Industrial training certifications in Millwright or equaivalent 2 years technical course after SSC.
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in industrie like oil & gas / petrochemical / fertilizer plant etc
MACHINIST
- The Machinist is required to work under Mechanical Workshop.
- The services inclludes various nature of machining jobs such as Turning / Facing / Cutting / Floring, Driling / Grinding, Surface Grinding / Flande Serration / Soft Foot Correction / Shaft Machining / Tapper Plug Machining, Balancing etc. The detailed requirements of educational qualification /experience and skills are mentioned below.
- 5 Years experience is minimum requirements. Trade practical test to be passed.
- Industrial training certification for Machinist/Turner or equivalent 2 years technical course after SSC.
- Minimu 5 years hands on experience in industries like Oil & gas, Petrochemcial / Fertilizer plant etc.
URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR OMAN
DIESEL/PETROL MECHANIC
- Minumum 3 – 5 years of experience
- Have the knowledge of work with Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Japanese European vehicle.
- Analyzing problems with engines and rectifying the same.
- Carrying out routine service on the engine, including oil and filter charges.
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts and systems.
- Sometimes integrating new technology into the engine structure. Inspect service and maintain diesel engines. Disassemble, repair and reassemble engines.
- Completely owerhaul non-working engines.
- Weld joints and components, source materials and fabricate parts to complete repairs.
- Minimise waste by working etticienty and accurately.
- Clean and lubricate componet parts.
HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANIC
- MINUMUM 4 – 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Have he knowledge of work wth MAN, Renaut and Volvo.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and performs maintenance.
- Perform maintenance on the fire extinguisher and fire suppression systems including.
- Should have experience in engine overheating.
- Repair of generator and periodical maintenance of the generator.
- Repair and replace body panels fenders, power racks and weapons systems and radiators.
- Service electrical systems including wiring harness starting and charging systems.
- Maintain power-assisted brake systems, suspensions systems track and hub assemblies. mechanical steering systems and hydraulic powered systems.
- Tune and repair or replace transmissions and engines.
- Diagnoses mechanical problems.
- Performe repairs and maintenance electric, diesel and gasoline vehicles including compactor, excavator and other vehicles to maximise safe and productive operations.
