Resource Planning Specialist (JRE25117)

Bachelor, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management with a
Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in project planning, including at least 4 to 6 years specifically performing the development of manpower forecast requirements in terms of speciality and disciplines for mega/capital projects in different industries such as Oil 8, Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Offshore, and Infrastructure. Preferably Certified by Professional Organization. Experience in Human Resources would be an added advantage.
The candidate should be capable to analyze all levels of project schedules, project resource requirements, productivity achieved, and has the ability to forecast the remaining efforts required (per discipline) to complete timely the project and to reflect the outcome through an updated Manpower Plan. Professional certification is desirable from PM! (PMP) and AACE (PSP).

Environmental Office (JRE25115)

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum ten years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals and construction, including at least five years In project-based positions.
Experience in Environmental Impact Assessments.
Prepare, review and revise environmental recommendation reports and monitor the progress.
Extensive travel requirements to project sites.
Knowledge of analytical and scientific software, compliance software and graphic imaging.
Engineering or scientific related activities are preferably associated with the production and processing of oil and construction.

2. PROCESS ENGINEERING JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR SAUDI ARABIA

Project Engineer – Construction (JRE25114)

Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred and or more desirable but is not mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management, including at least 7years in the Oil and Gas industry.
Shall possess the ability to competently read and understand various construction related drawings.
Must have a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety, whilst demonstrating the ability to work independently and or as part of an integrated Project Management Team.
Strong communication skills are a mandatory requirement, as you will be required to liaise with the Project Manager, other project management, proponent organizations and or other stakeholders on a regular basis. Problem-solving skills and construction logistical planning are also necessary attributes that are vital to the successful execution of this role.
Execution and or successful completion and commissioning of previous similar projects within the oil and gas industry is preferred.
