1. CONTRACT MANAGER (BE Mech , Facility Maintenance MEP & Civil , min 10 yrs exp. Sal OMR 1000 to 1200 )
2. QA /QC ENGINEERS ( BE Mech or Elect ,ISO inspection practices / ISO internal audits , min 5 yrs exp in Facility Maintenance Contracts. Sal OMR 500 -550 )
3. QUANTITY SURVEYORS ( BE mech or elect, min 5 exp in Facility Maint. ( MEP ) contracts. Sal OMR 500 to 550)
4. SERVICE ENGINEERS – HVAC/ELECT. / MECH. (BE Mech or Elect, min 5 yrs exp in Maint. Sal OMR 450 to 500)
5. SERVICE SUPERVISORS- HVAC/ELECT. / MECH. (3 YEAR Dip in Mech / Elect.,min 5 yrs exp in Maintenance. Sal OMR 300 to 325 +50 )
6. ELECTRICAL FOREMAN ( DIP / ITI , min 5 yrs exp in Preventative maintenance service of MV/LV Switchboards, Switchgears, Distribution/Power Transformers, Battery Chargers & Batteries Sal Omr 190+15 )
7. DOCUMENT CONTROLLERS ( Graduate , min 5 yrs FMM exp in prepare PPM schedule /Data entry & Monthly site reports etc. Sal OMR 225+15 )
8. MEP MAINTENANCE PLANNER ( 3 year Dip in Mech or Elect , min 5 yrs exp in PPM activities of HVAC & MEP. Sal OMR 225+15+30
9. STORE KEEPERS ( Graduate , min 5 yrs exp in handling computerised MEP maintenance store. Sal OMR 190+15+30)
10. AC TECHNICIANS ( DIP OR ITI , min 5 to 8 years exp maintenance of SPLIT/PACKAGE/ DUCTABLE/ CASEATE AC UNITS. Sal OMR 182 (120+12+50 )
11. SENIOR AC TECHNICIANS ( DIP OR ITI , min 5 to 10 year exp in maintenance OF CHILLERS /FCU/COMPRESSORS Etc. Sal OMR 197 ( 130 +13+54 )
12. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS – Lv ( ITI , min 5 yrs exp in maintenance of LV panels/SMDB, DB maintenance etc , preferably from oil field / petrochemical industries / high-rise buildings )
13. MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS ( ITI, Min 5 yrs exp in maintenance of Booster pumps / mechanical pumps /swimming pool and their equipment’s/overhauling and alignment of pumps /cooling tower/compressors etc. Sal OMR 182 (120+12+50 )
14. FIRE ALARM TECHNICIANS ( rrl, min 5yrs exp in Maintenance . Sal Omr 182 ( 120+12+50)
15. DIESEL GENERATOR TECHNICIANS (ITI , min 5 yrs exp in maintenance of Caterpillar, Cummins, F.G. Wilson gen sets . Sal Omr 182 (120+12+50)
