1. Fire Alarm Technician

• Should have 2 years Diploma / ITI certificate in Electrical / Electron. Trade.
• Shall have minimum 8 years’ experience in maintenance of Fire Alarm, HaIon System/Inert Gas.
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge in English (Speaking, Reading 8 Writing)
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD – KWD 130

2. HVAC Control Technician

• Should have 2 years Diploma/ ITI Certificate in Electrical/ Electronic Trade.
• Shall have Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance in AC 8. DC, Controls related to AC System (Such as chillers, package units, split units etc.) switchgear , MCC , starters & elevators etc.
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

3. HVAC Technician

• Should have 2 years Diploma /ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Trade.
• Minimum 8 years experience & Shall have good Knowledge in the maintenance of central AC system. AHU. FCU, package & Split Units.
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 120

4. Lift Technician

• Gulf experience preferred.
• Two (2) Years ITI certificate in Lift Mechanic Trade.
• Minirnum 8 years experience and familiar with maintenance of modern elevators.
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge in English (Speaking. Reading & Writing)
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 140

5. Marble Technician

• Minimum 5 years experience in fixing, polishing all types of Marbles.
• Should be able to read and write.
• Must have basic school education.
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 120

6. Office Boy

• Basic Schooling
• 5 years of experience
• Polite behaviour at all times
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 80

7. Quantity Surveyor

• Minimum 10 years experience in large value projects as Quantity Surveyor.
• 3 Years Diploma in any trade.
• Knowledge in preparing estimates for MEP jobs & cost of materials.
• Review Architectural plants & prepare BOQ.
• Must be proficient in English . SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 150

8. Safety Supervisor

• Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or University Degree in HSE/Safety.
• Minimum 10 years experience in electromechanical field.
• All candidates should be proficient in English.
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- WD 240

9. Electrician Control Technician

• Should have 2 years Diploma/ ITI Certificate in Electrical/ Electronic Trade or 3 years diploma in related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance in AC & DC, Controls related to Electrical System (Such as MCC, VFD, Starter Panels etc.) switchgear & elevators etc.
• Candidates MUST Be able to read write and speak English.

10. Electrician

• Should have 2 years Diploma / ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade.
• Shall have Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance of modem large building, commercial installations consisting of LT Panels, Electrical Switchgear. Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS. Fire Alarm Systems.
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge In English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 120

11. Aluminum Technician

• Must Trade Certificate.
• Minimum 7 years experience of Carpentry Skills who is also familiar with repairs of Aluminum Doors & Window.
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 150

12. Building Automation System Technician

• Should have ITI Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or above.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BAS troubleshooting and maintenance with excellent knowledge in the Building Automation field.
• Can deal with operation of BAS . controlling alarms. guiding staff at site to clear the alarms through the system preferred.
• Should have good knowledge of HVAC controls/sensors, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, safety/controls in fire alarm and firefighting system in the Building Automation field.
• Candidates must be proficient in English (speaking. reading 8 writing).
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 140

13. Ceramic Technician

• Minimum 5 years experience in as ceramic technician.
• Should be able to read and write.
• Must have basic school education

14. Decoration Technician

• Must have 8 years experience in decoration of wooden works , doors. windows, ceiling along with decoration works in Aluminum.
• Must have Trade Certificate in any discipline.
• SALARY ALONG WITH FOOD- KWD 120

15. BAS Operator

• Should have ITI Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or above.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BAS operation and maintenance with excellent knowledge in the Building Automation field.
• Can deal with operation of BAS , controlling alarms , guiding staff at site to clear the alarms through the system preferred.
• Shoulfd have good knowledge HVAC control/sensors, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, safety/controls in fire alarm and firefighting system in the building automation field.
• Candidates must be proficient In English (speaking, reading & writing).

16. Draftsman (ACAD)

• Must have 3 years Diploma in any trade.
• Minimum 8 years experience in preparing drawings / AutoCAD for MEP projects.
• Proficiency in computer and MS Office applications.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading 8. writing).
• Salary along with Food – KWD 320

17. Maintenance Program Operator

• Must have 3 years Diploma in Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Building Maintenance Programming and Data entry.
• Should be able to read various codes.
• Proficiency in computer and MS office applications.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking. reading & writing).
• Salary along with Food – KWD 220

18. Quality Control Operator

• Must have 3 years Diploma in any trade.
• Minimum 8 years experience in maintaining records for various activities for MEP Projects.
• Proficiency in computer and MS office applications.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking. reading & writing).
• Salary along with Food – KWD 229

19. Swimming Pool Operator

• Must have 2 years ITI Certificate in Mechanical Trade.
• Minimum 8 years experience & Shall have good Knowledge in operation and maintenance of swimming pool (water treatment, pumps, backwash filter and civil touch up )
• Candidates must have Basic knowledge in English (Speaking. Reading & Writing)
• Salary along with Food – KWD 90

20. Electrical Foreman

• Should have 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Shall have minimum 10 years experience (3 years in supervisory level) in electrical trade and maintenance of modern large building/commercial installations consisting of LT panels, Electrical Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS & Fire Alarm Systems.
• Candidates must be proficient in English (speaking, reading & writing).
• Salary along with Food – KWD 250

21. General Foreman

• Should have 3 years diploma in electrical/mechanical Engineering.
• Must have 10 years experience in the field of maintenance and operation of electrical/mechanical equipment/instruments in big buildings like hospitals and Malls.
• Should have at least 5 years experience as a general foreman in similar maintenance projects.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Salary along with Food – KWD 300

22. HVAC Foreman

• Should have 3 years Diploma or 2 years ITI Certificate.
• Shall have a minimum of 10 years experience (5 years in supervisory level) in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Trade and shall have good knowledge in maintenance of Central A/C System, centrifugal chillers, AHU, FCU, Package & split Units.
• AII candidates must have English speaking, reading & writing abilities.
• Salary along with Food – KWD 250

23. Plumbing Foreman

• Should have 3 years Diploma or 2 years ITI Certificate in Mechanical / Fitter Trade.
• Shall have minimum of 10 years experience in Installation maintenance & troubleshooting all kinds of plumbing related works.
• AII candidates must have English speaking, reading & writing abilities.
• SALARY INCLUDING FOOD – KWD 250

24. Mechanical Diesel Foreman

• 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or above.
• 10 years experience in Diesel Generator installation/maintenance.
• SALARY INCLUDING FOOD – KWD 250

25. Mechanical Foreman

• Diploma in Mechanical / Installation Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance of mechanical items like beds, furniture, pumps, valves, compressors, filing machine etc.
• All candidates must have English speaking, reading & writing abilities.
• SALARY INCLUDING FOOD – KWD 250
