STEEL STRUCTURAL / METAL FABRICATOR (JRE25385)

• ITI / High school or minimum to understand the English language.
• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Sheet Metal Fabricator for heavy steel structures.
• The main role is to bend, align, cut, weld and assemble metals using various tools.
• Study Engineering Drawings and Blueprints. • Weld Fitted Parts of MachineryTogether.

SMAW WELDERS (TACK WELDERS) (JRE25386)

• ITI / High school or minimum to understand the English language.
• At least 4 years experience as Certified SMAW Welder for heavy steel structures.
• Shall demonstrate the skill of sound welding in butt joints in a minimum 2G position within acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1.
• Shall be able to understand and interpret shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

FCAW WELDERS (JRE25387)

• ITI / High school or minimum to understand the English language.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a certified FCAW welder for heavy steel structures.
• Shall demonstrate the skill of sound welding in butt joints in minimum 2G & 3G positions within acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1.
• Shall be able to understand and interpret welding symbols in shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

CNC PUNCHING MACHINE OPERATOR (JRE25388)

• ITI / High School. With min. 4 years experience hands-on experience on CNC Bandsaw & CNC Multiple Axis Drill Machine such as Peddinghaus or similar, capable of manual programming for general geometric figures and familiar with machine operation and tools changes/troubleshooting.
• Shall be able to understand and interpret the structural steel drawings and operation of such equipment.
• Good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

ABRASIVE / SANDBLASTERS (JRE25389)

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Abrasive / Sand Blasters.

INDUSTRIAL AIRLESS SPRAY PAINTERS (JRE25390)

• High School or Minimum to understand the English language.
• Minimum 4 years experience as an industrial spray painter for heavy steel structures.
• Shall be able to understand and interpret the surface cleanliness and profile.
• Having a good knowledge of paint mixing, and painting techniques. Capable of selecting spraying tips for different types of paints and paint surfaces.
• Good knowledge of Processes, tools & equipment and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR (MHE) (JRE25391)

• Preferably licensed to operate industrial forklift and minimum to understand the English language.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience as Forklift Operator in heavy steel fabrication unit, and capable of operating a minimum of 10 tons Forklift.

QC INSPECTOR – WELDING / NDT / PAINTING (JRE25392)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as QC Dimensional / Fabrication Inspection activities in Heavy steel structural fabrication and Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Industries.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi are most & English Language Reading & writing is a must.
• Excellent skills in engineering drawings interpretation and sound computer knowledge (Excel, Word) is a must.

SAW WELDER (JRE25393)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as SAW Welder in Fabrication Industry.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN (JRE25394)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Industrial Maintenance Electrician in Manufacturing Industry.

ABRASIVE BLASTING OPERATOR – PAINTING (JRE25395)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Abrasive Blasting Operator – Painting in Fabrication Industry.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC (JRE25396)

• ITI – Mechanic or EquivalentTraining Course. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required
• Should be able to understand Engineering Drawings, Assembly Drawings and Hydraulic Circuit diagrams.
• Good housekeeping skills.
