Air Conditioning Maintenance Technicians
ITI with a minimum of 10 years experience in commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting & repairs of various types of central air conditioning equipment, systems. Both “Dx” & chilled water types.
Electrician’s Control Technicians
ITI with a minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs of various types of controls & electrical systems should be able to read electrical power & Control wiring drawings.
Electronic Technicians (UPS)
ITI with a minimum of 10 years experience in electrical Electronics with a minimum of 10 years experience in installation. Commissioning, testing, troubleshooting & repairs of ups system. Having experience of Schneider electric! Emerson network power system (ups) is preferred.
Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Technicians
ITI with a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance. Troubleshooting 8. Repairs, of various fire fighting & fire alarm system.
BAS / Computer Operators
Diploma in computer science with a minimum of 10 years experience in the operation of building automation systems & well versed with Microsoft office.
Mep Supervisor
Diploma in mechanical engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in handling independently MEP projects. Fitout & replacement works of various commercial complexes, high rise buildings, hospitals, hotels etc.
Pump Mechanics
ITI with a minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various pumps for HVAC & plumbing systems.
2. ENGINEERS REQUIRED FOR KUWAIT
Sales Engineer
MEP projects fitout & Replacement works. bachelor in mechanical-electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in independently handling sales of MEP projects for fit-out and replacement commercial complexes, hospitals, hotels, banks. And villas etc. Experience in the middle east is preferred.
Sales Engineer (2)
Data centre infrastructure I.E UPS cooling units. bachelor in engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in sales in providing turnkey solutions of various MEP fit-out and replacement works related to data centre solutions with expertise in ups. Cooling units and data centre infrastructure management. Having experience in Schneider electric, Emerson network power products & the middle east is preferred.
Project Engineer (HVAC)
Bachelor in mechanical Electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in HVAC projects for large commercial complexes, high rise buildings, hospitals. Hotels etc. Capable of handling fitout & replacement of HVAC & mechanical works independently.
Project Engineer (Electrical)
Bachelor in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in design, execution. Commissioning. Testing & handing over of various electrical works of MEP project for large commercial complexes’ high rise buildings. Hospitals. Hotels etc. Capable of handling fitout & replacement of electrical works independently. Knowledge of low voltage systems (data, telephone, CCTV, fire alarm system etc.) is an added advantage.
Service Engineer (HVAC)
Bachelor in mechanical’ electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in handling operation, maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs of central air conditioning equipment systems for large commercial complexes high rise buildings. Hospitals, hotels.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEADING COMPANY FOR KUWAIT
Plumber
ITI with a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance. Troubleshooting and repair of the various plumbing systems.
Fitter
ITI with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC. Fire fighting & plumbing installation work.
Welder
ITI With Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In HVAC. Fire Fighting. Plumbing. Structural & Platform Works.
Heavy Vehicle Driver
Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.
Mason
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in all kinds of masonry works required in the maintenance of various commercial and residential sites.
Painter
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in all kinds of painting works required in the maintenance of various commercial & residential sites.
Light Vehicle Driver
Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.

Mechanical Qc Inspectors
Job Descriptions:
- Candidate must have API 510 certificate and age not more than 50 oars.
- Currently certified by API to API 653 and API 510.
- Q-I-13 NS
- Direct work experience and thorough knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equip-ment, commodities, materials construction, Pre-Commissioning and quality activities required for the WORK. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of WORK-related engineering codes and standards. such as ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA. UL, FM. NFPA, ASME BPVC (Sections I. V. VIII and IA): ANSI/ASME B31.3.B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection and testing: procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, fabrication, erection, construction and Pre-Commissioning of steam & combustion turbines, diesel engines, pumps, compressors, 1551516 6 generators, mixers & agitators, fans, gearboxes, firewater pumps & motor, auxiliary cooling & lubrication systems. packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, fired heaters, tanks, structural steel, hotkold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the WORK.
5. REQUIRED FOR AN MNC FOR SAUDI ARABIA
Rigger
Job Descriptions:
- Salary usd — 2. 20 per hour.
- Candidates should have ARAMCO project experience.
- Priority selection of worker with ARAMCO rigger level-iii certification.
- If they pass the ARAMCO rigger level-iii test, their salary can be increased by 150%. Working hours — 08 hours per day/26 days in a month.
6. CONTROLLERS REQUIRED FOR A LEADING COMPANY FOR OMAN
Finance Manager / Controller
- A person Muscat be CA/Equivalent.
- At least 10-15 Year Experience in similar field.
- Must have experience in dealing with Banks & finance companies for Facilities.
- Good Knowledge of Financial instruments.
- Preferred Oman/GCC experienced.
- Salary Bracket (OMR 1.600- OMR 1.800)
- Company will provide Saloon Car Company will provide GSM with Maximum OMR 20 Limit.
