Job Role:
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Science or equivalent Technical Qualifications in relevant discipline. Knowledgeable in CAD and MS Office, Minimum 12 years with at least 5 years in supervisory position in building and infrastructure projects (technical revision and supervision) preferable with good experience in ports related project, the applicant should have strong knowledge of port regulations and relevant MEP standards.
- Substation Engineer – Engineering Degree in Electrical with 10 years relevant experience in Substation Maintenance with at least 5 years proven management experience. Good English language (oral and written). Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration. Computer literate in appropriate software.
- Substation Technician – Diploma in Electrical with 5-8 years relevant experience in Generator Maintenance with at least 5 years proven management experience. Good English language (oral and written). Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration. Computer literate in appropriate software.
- Safety Supervisor – afety supervisor having Engineering Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline with 8-10 years relevant experience in HSE department. Good English language (oral and written). Computer literate in appropriate software.
Job Role:
- Planner/ Scheduler – Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical with 8 – 10 years relevant experience in Maintenance Planning through CMMS. Good English language (oral and written). Computer literate in appropriate software
- Call Center Executive – Must have Degree from approved college. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in call center system. Good English language (oral and written). Computer literate.
- HVAC Supervisor – Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical with 5 – 8 years relevant experience in HVAC with at least 4 years proven management experience. Good English language (oral and written). Proven knowledge of contract supervision and administration. Computer literate in appropriate software.
- HVAC Technician – Must have ITI/ Diploma from a government /private approved Air-condition maintenance training program of at least two (2) years duration. A minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in AC maintenance such us VRV/VRF, Split Units and Package units.
- Mechanical Helper – Must have ITI from a government/ private approved mechanical/electrical maintenance training program of at least six (6) months duration. A minimum of 1— 2 years hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance.
Job Role:
- BMS Coordinator Experience – Candidate should have minimum 3-year experience in FM software. Maintenance experience in PPM, Breakdown and routine activities. Proven background in Maintenance of ELECTRCAL, HVAC & ELV system/equipment. Experience of Chiller plant knowledge, Schneider BMS Softer would be an added advantage.
- Storekeeper Experience – Must have qualifications from approved college. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance data entry, store and inventory management. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Mechanical Technician – Must have qualifications from a government /private approved Mechanical maintenance training program of at least six (6) months duration. A minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in mechanical installation & maintenance such us pumps, valves and activators.
- Plumbing Technician – Must have qualifications from a government /private approved plumbing maintenance training program of at least six (6) months duration. A minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in Plumbing installation & maintenance.
- Electrical Technician – Must have qualifications from a government /private approved Electrical maintenance training program of at least two (2) years duration. A minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in Electrical maintenance, including overhaul of electrical equipment up to 3-phase 440V. At least three (3) years of this experience MEP maintenance.
