Skills & Responsibilities:
- Graduate with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in mall maintenance projects.
- Must be communicated in English.
- Preparing annual budget with the commercial manager and updating the same with brand partners.
- Preparing the budget split Group / Department Monthly / Weekly / Daily with brand managers’ agreement and sharing with the MIS team to incorporate in the reports.
- Monitoring the sales achievement and highlighting the discrepancies to Commercial Managers on budget achievements at the store level & Group level.
- Preparing and agreeing with the brand for the commercial calendar for every financial year.
- Prepare the buying plan with the brand manager and commercial manager.
- Preparing Buying budget Value and Quantity at sub-category level with commercial manager by in-depth analysis of the brands at Store level, Department level, Color-wise, Size ratio
- Analyzing stock level (stock per square meter) – the stock is in accordance with the capacity and reports to brands to increase or decrease the replenishment or new deliveries by analyzing at category level.
- Monitoring sell-through and requesting the brand to stop/reduce or increase the replenishment / new shipments, on a weekly basis, and do stock consolidation between stores.
- Request brands to send the shipment details and control if they are sending any stock which is not required or requested to stop or cancel.
