ASMACS Gulf Job Vacancy 2021 Building Maintenance Project For Kuwait

1. Electrical Control Technician

2 years Diploma/ ITI
8 years experience in maintenance in AC & DC, Controls related to Electrical System (Such as MCC, VFD, Starter Panels etc.) switchgear & elevators etc.

2. HVAC Control Technician

2 years Diploma/ ITI
7 years experience in maintenance in AC & DC, Controls related to AC System (Such as chillers, package units, split units etc.) switchgear , MCC , starters & elevators etc.

3. HVAC Technician

Should have 2 years Diploma /ITI
Minimum 8 years experience & Shall have good Knowledge in the maintenance of central AC system, AHU, FCU, package & Split Units.

4. Fire Fighting Technician

2 years Diploma / lTI
10 years experience in maintenance of all kinds of Fire Fighting System with knowledge of Fire Extinguisher refilling.

5. Electrical Foreman

3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
10 years experience (3 years in supervisory level) in electrical trade and maintenance of modern large building/commercial installations consisting of LT panels, Electrical Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS & Fire Alarm Systems.

6. HVAC Foreman

3 years Diploma or 2 years ITI
10 years experience (5 years in supervisory level) in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Trade and shall have good knowledge in maintenance of Central A/C System, centrifugal chillers, AHU, FCU, Package & split Units.

7. Chiller Operator

2 years Diploma / ITI
7 years experience in chiller operations.

8. Senior Building Electrician

Should have 2 years Diploma / ITI
Shall have Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance of modern large buildings/commercial installations consisting of LT Panels, Electrical Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS, Fire Alarm Systems.

9. Building Electrician

Should have 2 years Diploma / ITI
Shall have Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance of modern large buildings/commercial installations consisting of IT Panels, Electrical Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Generators, UPS, Fire Alarm Systems.

10. Plumber

Should have 2 years Diploma / ITI
Shall have a minimum of 8 years experience in maintenance of copper pipes, P.P.R & G.l(3/4″ to 6″ dia, all types) water treatment plant, chemical treatment plant, all sanitary fittings and appliances.

11. Application Engineer – VRV Sale

B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
Shall have minimum of 3-5 years experience in VRV Software Selection Process & Project Submittal Approval Process. Proficient in Calculation, Equipment Selection, Obtain Client & Consultant Approvals.

12. VRV Project Engineer

B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of industry-related field, with 5 years of maintenance experience.Expertise in computer operation for engineering desin programs and computer-aided drafting.

13. VRV/VRF Technician

ITI Diploma in AC or above.
7 years of experience in AC maintenance.
Have experience in the Installation & Maintenace process.

14. HVAC Draftsman

Diploma / Degree in a related discipline.
Mimnimum 5-8 years of experience in HVAC field preferably.

15. Light Driver

Should have kuwait licence.
